Artists: (W/A/CA) Kosuke Fujishima Toppu faces off against his rival Takadai in his first race on a wet track, but a mishap on the track puts them both in last place. Each boy is trying to claw his way back into contention for the victory, but when it comes down to the last corner, who will have bested both his opponent and the road racer's greatest enemy: the rain?
