Guadalupe College has a slightly different spark than your average university: they teach and train chispas-humans with exceptional powers and gifts from the gods-in how to use those powers. A class of students has just arrived to be molded into a team, but not all of them get along. Meanwhile, in the shadows, a coalescing group of villains begins to pull together pieces of a plan that would make them unstoppable.
