Le gang Party animals sème la terreur dans les rues de Gotham, mais c'est sans compter sur un jeune ouvrier de Gotham qui ne veut pas voir la vie des citoyens finir comme son père et se lancera alors dans une lutte pour la paix.
Un Batman réimaginé dans l'univers Absolute de DC avec un Bruce Wayne qui ne possède pas de richesse, ni de manoir. Son père était prof et est mort brutalement dans un zoo, ce qui ouvrira les yeux de notre jeune héros sur le monde cruel dans lequel il vit. Il fabriquera son propre costume et véhicule avec tout ce qu'il trouve pour jouer au justicier. Alfred est bien présent, mais n'est pas celui que vous connaissez. Un très bon premier volume pour cet univers Absolute.
