Paz Gallegos (or 'Fantomah', whom she's become) is on the run. Alone, confused and convinced that she's endangering the people she loves, Paz has hit the road without a plan or a destination. Dr. Destine, a paranormal detective with a strange set of powers of his own, and Rugged, his bodyguard, are hot on Paz's trail. They've caught up with Fantomah's path of destruction, and just as she has gruesomely taken care of a serial killer. Do they want to help Paz, or destroy Fantomah?
